The item I want is sold out! What can I do?

 If the item you want is sold out, please send me an email at abbybyabbyplush@gmail.com. If I have the materials,  I can make one especially for you :) 

Can you do a custom design?

If you are interested in one of my designs in a different color or set of colors, please check out my custom color listings. I don't generally do other customizations but if you have a request,  feel free to send me an email at abbybyabbyplush@gmail.com and we can discuss.

What is your return policy?

I will accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the item provided the item is in new and unused condition. The buyer pays for return shipping. Custom items are not eligible for return.

Help! There is an issue with my order
