The item I want is sold out! What can I do?

 If the item you want is sold out, please send me an email at abbybyabbyplush@gmail.com. If I have the materials,  I can make one especially for you :) 

Can you do a custom design?

If you are interested in one of my designs in a different color or set of colors, I may be able to do this for an additional fee. Please reach out to me at abbybyabbyplush@gmail.com and we can discuss.

At this time, I am unable to offer other customizations.

What is your return policy?

I will accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the item provided the item is in new and unused condition. The buyer pays for return shipping. Custom items are not eligible for return.
